Resin, slippery spots and too few hands
Resin sticks.
Resin mixes with dust and dirt into black, sticky stains. Left in place, it hardens and grip becomes unpredictable: too grippy in one spot, too slippery in another. The volleyball and futsal players who come after the handball notice it first.
Cleaning doesn't fit the schedule.
A sports hall is used by schools during the day, by clubs in the evening and for matches at the weekend. Cleaning has to happen in the hours in between, and there are fewer and fewer of them.
Hands are scarce.
With a walk-behind scrubber-dryer you easily spend 2 hours a day per hall. Good cleaning staff are hard to find and expensive, and scrubbing after a resin match is the first thing that gets skipped when someone is off sick.
Two specialists, one system
The work is split where each is strongest. The sprayer handles the chemistry and the awkward corners. The robot handles the square metres. The workstation does the heavy lifting.
Step 1Spray

After a resin match and once or twice a week, you spray the sports floor with the Easy Floor Sprayer and the product Easy Sport Line recommends for your floor. Leave it to work for at least 4 minutes. The floor can stay wet until the robot arrives.
Step 2Scrub and vacuum
CenoBots L series
The robot scrubs the entire sports floor and immediately vacuums up the loosened dirt and product residue. It drives the recorded pattern right up to the wall and works at night, when the hall is empty.
Step 3Empty, refill, charge
Workstation
After the task, the robot drives itself to the workstation. Dirty water goes to the drain, clean water and detergent are topped up, and the battery is charged. No buckets, no carrying.

Where the robot doesn't go, you handle it in a few minutes with the sprayer: foldable, adjustable working width and a 10-metre spray hose.
Tested together in practice: the product works for at least 4 minutes, the floor can stay wet, and the robot takes the residue with it.

- Current situation per hall: 2 hours of manual cleaning 6 days a week with a walk-behind scrubber-dryer, plus 4 hours a week for changing rooms and corridors.
- New situation: the robot cleans the entire sports floor 6 nights a week, with a 10-minute check per day. Twice a week someone sprays the floor with the sprayer: 0.5 hours per hall. Changing rooms and corridors are more than 40% faster with the sprayer (Easy Sport Line field figure).
- In an empty sports hall the robot doesn't need to avoid obstacles. We therefore calculate with 30% more capacity than our standard field value.

The floor first, then the machine
The floor
Every sports floor reacts differently. That's why it starts with a floor analysis by Easy Sport Line: which product, which dilution and which pad or brush suits your PVC, linoleum, poured or lacquered wooden floor. Used correctly, Easy Sport Line's products leave no greasy film, and the robot vacuums up the residue immediately.
The people
The robots see their surroundings with a 3D LiDAR and additional sensors, and recognise obstacles on the floor. They work at night, when the hall is empty, stop immediately at the emergency stop and report to the AIJURO platform via 4G if anything is off.

How do the sprayer and the robot work together?
You spray the sports floor with the Easy Floor Sprayer. The product works for at least 4 minutes and the floor can stay wet until the robot arrives. The robot scrubs, vacuums up the loosened dirt and product residue, and leaves a clean floor behind. We tested this together in practice.
Is a robot suitable for my sports floor?
The robots are made for hard, water-resistant floors. Easy Sport Line determines in the floor analysis which pad or brush and which product suit your PVC, linoleum, poured or lacquered wooden floor, before the robot goes on the floor.
Does the floor stay grippy?
Used correctly, Easy Sport Line's products leave no greasy film. The robot vacuums up the dirty water immediately. Together they help restore and maintain the original grip.
When does the robot clean?
Usually at night, when the hall is empty. We set the schedule to your usage timetable. The hall must be left empty after the last user.
Which robot do I need?
That depends on the number of square metres. Up to about 2,000 m² (one sports hall) the L3 is usually enough, up to about 3,500 m² (two halls) the L4, and above that the L50. We choose the smallest robot that covers the entire floor on one battery charge.
What do I need for the workstation?
A fixed spot with a grounded socket (230 V, preferably its own circuit), a water connection and a drain, and 4G coverage. We check this during the site check.
How much time does it still take my team?
About 10 minutes a day for a quick check in the app, and about half an hour per hall for spraying during an intensive clean. The workstation does the emptying, refilling and charging.
Can I lease?
Yes. With Operational Lease you pay one fixed monthly amount for 36 months, including installation, Premium service and warranty. Financing runs through Hiltermann Lease. You receive your rate after the Sports Hall Scan.
Is this also for one small sports hall?
Usually not. The robot only pays for itself quickly when it takes over enough hours. For one small hall, the Easy Floor Sprayer is often the best first step.
What happens to my data and the robot data?
Robot data stays in the EU (data centre in Frankfurt). No camera images are stored, only operational data. AIJURO and Easy Sport Line use your contact details only to follow up on your request.
