Performance guarantee What we agree on, we test at handover
Our performance guarantee applies to every customer, whether you buy or take an operational lease. For each location we record what the robot has to do. At handover we test it.
What is the DOE passport?
DOE stands for Defined Operating Envelope: the agreed working area of the robot. For each location, the passport records which areas and routes the robot cleans, on which floors and at what times, and what result you can expect.

How the handover test (SAT) works
SAT stands for Site Acceptance Test. On your site, we check three things against the DOE passport.
Coverage
The robot cleans the agreed area.
Cleaning result
The floor is as clean as we agreed in the DOE passport.
Autonomy and safety
The robot drives its routes without your team having to step in, and stops safely at obstacles.
What if the robot doesn't pass?
Then two steps follow, in this order.
Free adjustment
We adjust the robot free of charge and run the SAT again.
Withdraw at no cost
If the robot still doesn't pass the SAT, you can withdraw from the purchase or lease at no cost.
This applies to every customer, whether you buy or take an operational lease.
